What's the Difference Between Standard and Reinforced?
The Reinforced model delivers roughly 1.5–1.7x greater soundproofing performance than the Standard model, and upgrades the hardware with metal slide-bolt latches and metal hinges on the double doors. We recommend the Standard model for any pet family that needs soundproofing, and the Reinforced model for sound-vulnerable housing, dogs with big voices, or households where the owner or the pet is especially sensitive to sound.

The double-layer tempered glass is made by laminating two sheets of tempered glass — surface-compressed and core-tensioned — for outstanding impact resistance and a double sound-blocking effect. Inside the Mute house, low-heat VLED lighting lets you stay connected with your pet even on dark nights, without raising the interior temperature. Lockable, rollable casters make a product that would otherwise be too heavy to manage far easier to live with.

- 1. Place the base panel in your chosen spot and lock the wheels.
- 2. With the backing (wall) side facing the rear, slot the rear panel into the aluminum bar.
- 3. Insert the wood panel and the glass panel into the sides.
- 4. Insert the front door panel with the glass window (the smaller panel).
- 5. Set the top panel in place and fit the corner caps — installation complete!
