How To — Replacing the HEPA Filter Is This Simple
All it takes is loosening a few screws with a single screwdriver — anyone can swap the filter in just 1 minute. Even first-time pet parents can do it easily, so you can replace it yourself at home with no service visit required.
- 01 — Turn off the house's power first, then use a screwdriver to detach the air-purification module cover on top.
- 02 — Remove the old filter and insert the new one. Take care to insert it facing the correct direction.
- 03 — Place the cover with the new filter back in position and re-attach it with the screwdriver.
When It's Time for a Replacement
Replace the filter if any of the following apply.
- Odors clear noticeably more slowly when the ventilation fan is running
- A visible increase in captured hair and dust
- The area around the HEPA filter looks dirty to the naked eye
